2010 Crown Minerals Act Review
On 27 August 2010, Energy and Resources Minister Gerry Brownlee invited feedback on the following discussion paper. Submitters to this paper were clear they wanted the opportunity to comment on other aspects of the minerals management regime at the same time as reviewing the Act.
This review has since been superseded by the 2012 Review of the Crown Minerals Act regime.
