The Food and Beverage Information Project

This project provides a comprehensive analysis of the state of New Zealand’s food and beverage (F&B) industry for businesses, investors, government and research institutions.

New Zealand has demonstrated capability in the production of temperate-climate food and beverages. It is the largest exporter in the world of dairy products and lamb, and a major exporter of beef, kiwifruit, apples, seafood and wine.

We also have a prospering processed foods industry with key markets in Australia and Asia.
