Examination guidelines: Patentability of inventions involving computer programs

 

The draft guidelines have been removed for revision as a result of amendments to the Patents Bill's provisions regarding the patentability of computer programs. Revised guidelines will be drafted by IPONZ prior to the entry into force of the new Patents Act.
