KiwiSaver Act 2006 (jointly with Inland Revenue)
We are currently reviewing these acts, and the Superannuation Schemes Act 1989, as part of the Review of Securities Law.
KiwiSaver
Changes announced in April 2010 aim to improve the governance of KiwiSaver schemes and the disclosure of returns, fees, assets and conflicts of interest.
