Free advice about loans and finance companies

A new campaign is providing free advice about loans and about how to complain about finance companies.

Launched by the Consumer Affairs Minister Simon Bridges on 23 October, the campaign builds on the success of the Loan Stress campaign run earlier this year.

Consumer Affairs have partnered with Federation of Family Budgeting Services to help guide consumers through the disputes resolution service and offer budgeting advice.

People can call for free advice on 0800 56 26 787.

Listen to radio ads in Samoan, Tongan and English languages.
