Where can I get information about insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation?
The Insolvency and Trustee Service has information about:
- personal insolvency
- summary instalment orders
- company liquidation
- what to do if you’re a creditor.
You can access a range of online tools to:
- search the insolvency register
- search the summary instalment order register
- file an application for personal bankruptcy, no asset procedure or summary instalment order
- search for banned directors
- request a discharge certificate
- create a budget.
